But most of the time it is very annoying because UAC most often fail why this act is dengerous. So to get rid of it just follow the steps below and turn off the UAC:
1. Click Start then go to Control Panel.
2. Enter in User Accounts.

3. Now Click on the Turn User Account Control on or off.
4. Now Uncheck Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer
5. Click OK6. Click Restart Now if you want reboot now or click Restart Later to reboot later.
